Lemon Bars Ingredients: Crust 2 cups flour 1?2 cup powder sugar 2 sticks butter Combine crust ingredients, pat into 13×9 greased pan and bake @ 350 for 25 minutes. Filling 4 eggs, slightly beaten 2 cups sugar 6 Tbsp lemon juice 1?4 cup flour 1?2 tsp baking powder Directions: Combine filling ingredients with electric mixer. Pour over hot crust and bake 35 minutes. Dust with powder sugar. Taste best chilled. Makes 3 dozen By Julianna Padilla
