GREAT POTATOES Ingredients: 6-8 potatoes 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 sm. carton sour cream 1 tbsp. butter 1 1/2 c. grated American Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. green onions, chopped fine Directions: Boil potatoes in jackets until done. Peel and dice. In saucepan combine soup, sour cream, butter, cheese and onions. Mix together until cheese starts to melt. Pour over potatoes in a buttered 13 x 9 inch dish.
