Lemon Bars


Ingredients:

Crust

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1?2 cup powder sugar
  • 2 sticks butter

Combine crust ingredients, pat into 13×9 greased pan and
bake @ 350 for 25 minutes.

Filling

  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 6 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1?4 cup flour
  • 1?2 tsp baking powder

Directions:

Combine filling ingredients with electric mixer. Pour over hot crust and bake 35 minutes. Dust with powder sugar. Taste best chilled.

Makes 3 dozen
