Becky’s Chicken & Wild Rice

  • (2) sticks of butter
  • (1) box of Uncle Ben’s wild rice
  • (1) can of cream of chicken soup
  • (1) chicken broth
  • (1) chicken breast meat cut in strips or fajita style


Melt one stick of butter in a 9X13 pan in pre-heated 350 degree oven. When the butter is melted pour in (1) box of of Uncle Bens wild rice. Mix (1) can of cream of chicken soup with (1) can of chicken broth then pour over rice. Place chicken on top of rice and sprinkle with the package seasonings from the box rice. Cover with foil and bake for 1 ½ hours.
