2 Packages of uncooked ramen noodles

(Discard the seasoning packet)

1 green or red bell pepper – diced

3 or 4 green onions

1/2 cup slivered or sliced almonds (toasted)


3/4 cup vegetable oil

1/3 cup rice vinegar (“natural” flavor)

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp salt
